ABOUT RDONNER

Hi, I'm Rachel!

I am primarily a watercolor artist though I dabble in acrylics and collage. I live in Overland Park, KS with my husband and son. I don't have formal training but continue to learn and develop my style.  

My journey to watercolor comes with a hefty dose of family history and began with paints that were my grandmothers, Wilhelmina Marlatt. I moved them from apartment to apartment and house to house and found them many years after her death. The discovery happened at the perfect point in my life. I picked up those brushes after a 30+ year break and I haven't looked back!
